The Apprentice Program is a vocational training initiative aiming to upskill freshly graduated Emiratis in order to acquire professional experience. The program is a 12-month extensive training that aims at equipping the graduates with the necessary skills and experience to build their successful future careers. This program is a collaboration between the company and Nafis the governmental federal program.
